Throughout the year (even in the dead of winter!), we offer running clinics to both first-time and experienced runners. Let us help you achieve your goals through instruction that is specific to your needs. When you register for one of our clinics you receive expert knowledge, supervision, a training plan and the camaraderie of fellow runners.

Spring 2019 Duathlon Clinic: Starting May 9th, 2019

Join Brenda Walsh, 3x Age Grouper for World's Team Triathlon, and 

Janet Davidson, 4x Ironman Finisher, and get ready for the Duathlon season! 

Starts: May 9th, 2019 - Thursday's at 5:15 pm and Sunday's at 8:00 am. The clinic will prepare you for the NB's Kiwanis Duathlon race, June 30th, 2019.

Duathlon consists of: 4km run, 31km bike, 8.4km run  

To participate, must currently be able to bike for 30 minutes and run for 30 minutes.

 Spring 2019 Clinic: Starting April 10, 2019

42K, 21K, 10K Clinic: Join the fun and come run with us! 

Clinic includes training for Full-marathon, half-marathon, 10k  runners

Starts:  April 10, 2019 - Wednesdays at 5:00 pm and Saturdays at 8:00 am. The clinic will prepare you for the Butter Tart Trot June 8, 2019.

To participate in the Full marathon clinic we ask that you are able to run 23k. 

To participate in the half-marathon clinic we ask that you are able to run 10k.

To participate in the 10k we ask that you are able to run 30 minutes twice weekly.

Spring 5 km Learn to Run Starting April 15 

Starts: Monday April 15th a 5:00 pm 

Must be able to walk 45 minutes three x a week  

When: Mondays and Thursdays @ 5:00 pm  

Cost : $95.00 + tax

Rebate of 10 % for 2nd consecutive clinic

 Available in 4-week Blocks! 

Do the "Between-Clinic-Blues" have you down? Try out our new Off-Season Summer Training Program! This off-season clinic will consist of speed work on Wednesdays and long runs on Saturdays.

The clinic will keep you motivated to continue running throughout the off-season and prepare you for the upcoming fall clinic! 

Workouts will be designated for 5K, 10K, 1/2 Marathon and Full Marathon Distances.  

  First Block Starts: Wednesday, June 20th, 2019 @ 5:15 pm

When: Wednesdays @ 5:15 pm & Saturdays @ 8:00 am

  Second Block Starts: Wednesday, July 17th, 2019 @ 5:15 pm

When: Wednesdays @ 5:15 pm & Saturdays @ 8:00 am

The training will keep you running until the upcoming Fall 2019 clinic, starting August 14th, 2019!

Fall 2019 Running Clinic: Starts August 14, 2019

 42K, 21K, 15K & 10K

We are training for Le P'tit Train Du Nord occurring October 20th, 2019. It is a spectacular run and Canada's best race to qualify for Boston. 

The half marathon is currently sold out but the full marathon is filling up quickly and it is a race you don't want to miss.

The training will prepare you for Le P'tit Train Du Nord or Scotiabank Toronto Marathon/Half Marathon, and 10K races occurring on October 20th, 2019

We encourage our returning runners and new runners to keep up mileage to ensure you are prepared to train for the upcoming clinic season.

For incoming runners, we request that when the clinic starts you are able to run the following mileages respective to the race distances below. 

Marathon: Able to run 25 km. 

Half Marathon: Able to run 12 km

15 km race: Able to run 7 km

10 km race: Able to run 5 km
