Throughout the year (even in the dead of winter!), we offer running clinics to both first-time and experienced runners. Let us help you achieve your goals through instruction that is specific to your needs. When you register for one of our clinics you receive expert knowledge, supervision, a training plan and the camaraderie of fellow runners.


 Fall 2020 (Semi-) Virtual Running Clinic: Starting September 9th, 2020

Our Fall running clinic is starting back up! On September 9th, join us for your choice of an in-person, a virtual clinic, or a combination of the two. In-person meeting times will be Wednesday evenings at 5:15PM, and Saturday mornings at around 8AM. For those who would prefer the virtual clinic or that live out of town, feel free to go out and get your run in when you can, but don't forget to post it in our private Running Group page! This 10-week program will have you prepared for the Active Running 2020 Series of Races to be held on November 28th, 2020. 

We encourage our returning and new runners to keep up your mileage to ensure you are prepared for this clinic training. For incoming runners, we request that when the clinic starts, you are comfortable with the respective distances: 

Marathon: Able to run 25K

Half Marathon: Able to run 12K 

15K: Able to run 7K 

10K: Able to run 5K

Winter 2020 Running Clinic: Starts January 15, 2020

 10K, 15K, & 30K

We are headed back for the Around the Bay race occurring March 29th, 2020. Around the Bay is one of the oldest road races in the continent, dating back to 1894! 

The two-person relay is currently sold out, but there is still room in the 3-person relay, 5K, and 30K races. Register now to secure your spot in this race!

The training offered during this Winter clinic will prepare you for Around the Bay over the course of the 10week training program.

We encourage our returning runners and new runners to keep up mileage to ensure you are prepared to train for the upcoming clinic season.

For incoming runners, we request that when the clinic starts you are able to run the following mileages respective to the race distances below. 

10K: Presently able to run for 30 minutes, twice per week

15K: Presently able to run for 40 minutes, twice per week

30K: Presently able to run 10km twice per week

Fall 2019 Running Clinic: Starts August 14, 2019

 42K, 21K, 15K & 10K

We are training for Le P'tit Train Du Nord occurring October 20th, 2019. It is a spectacular run and Canada's best race to qualify for Boston. 

The half marathon is currently sold out but the full marathon is filling up quickly and it is a race you don't want to miss.

The training will prepare you for Le P'tit Train Du Nord or Scotiabank Toronto Marathon/Half Marathon, and 10K races occurring on October 20th, 2019

We encourage our returning runners and new runners to keep up mileage to ensure you are prepared to train for the upcoming clinic season.

For incoming runners, we request that when the clinic starts you are able to run the following mileages respective to the race distances below. 

Marathon: Able to run 25 km.

Fall 2019 5K Running Clinic: Starts September 9th, 2019

Whether you are just starting off, getting back into running, or just need a little extra motivation, the 5K clinic is what you're looking for!

Over an 8-week period, like-minded individuals will meet in an inviting environment twice a week to train to run a 5K race.

Runs will be held Monday's and Thursday's at 5:15 PM and will focus on building stamina, technique, and confidence in your running ability. 

For new, incoming runners, we request that when the clinic starts, you are able to walk for 45 minutes consecutively, three times per week.
