Throughout the year (even in the dead of winter!), we offer running clinics to both first-time and experienced runners. Let us help you achieve your goals through instruction that is specific to your needs. When you register for one of our clinics you receive expert knowledge, supervision, a training plan and the camaraderie of fellow runners.
Fall 2018 Clinics
Marathon, 1/2 Marathon, 15K, and 10K Clinic: Join the fun and come and run with us!
Starts: August 15, 2018 – Wednesdays at 5:00 pm and Saturdays at 8:00 am. The clinic will get you race ready for the Toronto Waterfront October 21, 2018.
To take part in the full marathon clinic, we ask that you are able to run 23K presently, while for the half marathon, we ask that you are able to run 10K . For the 10K and 15K clinics, you are asked to be able to run 4 and 6 K, respectively.

The 5K Learn-to-Run clinic is also starting again this Fall!
Starting September 17,2018 we will train Monday's and Thursday's at 5:00 pm. The clinic will have you ready to run the 5 km Park Run November 3rd 2108
In order to register for the clinic we ask that you come able to presently walk for 45 minutes at least three times a week.

Duathlon Clinic starts Thursday May 10th, 2018
Join Brenda, 2x age grouper for the World's Team Triathlon and Janet, 4x Ironman Finisher and get ready for the Duathlon season.
The clinic takes place every Thursday at 5 pm and Sundays at 8 am for 8 weeks. You must currently be able to run and bike 30 minutes.
The training will get you ready for the NB Kiwanis Duathlon race July 1st, 4K run-31K Bike-8.4K Run.

new kids program
The program is for children
ages 8 & 9 (grades 2 and 3)
The main focus of the program is to teach children the
proper running form through drills, core and balance work as well as pacing
strategies. All with one goal of keeping children involved in the sport and
helping prevent injury.
