COVID-19 Update - August 11, 2020

We are officially open to the public! For any in-store needs (shoe fittings, gear, apparel, accessories), please feel free to stop in during our open hours (Monday through Friday 10AM-4PM and Saturday from 10AM-3PM). We no longer require an appointment, but we do ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided at the entry, as well as come equipped with a mask. Your mask needs to be worn throughout your visit. If you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19, please stay home and if you are in need of anything, please feel free to call us at 705-497-0004.

In terms of massage and physiotherapy, both are open and available to book. We continue to offer tele-rehabilitation services in order to limit the amount of exposure and proximity to each other. Please feel free to call for more information or to book a tele-rehabilitation session. Many insurance companies now recognize tele-rehabilitation as an insurable service.

With regard to in-person appointments, although we always took pride in our previous cleaning standards and due diligence, rest assured, we have increased cleaning measures yet again, in order to keep all of our clients, staff, and community members safe. Along with the increased cleaning measures, the dynamics of our appointments have also been adapted to keep everyone as safe as possible. Please note that our cancellation policy is still in effect. Since we require additional time to clean and sanitize between clients, our appointment times are booked specifically for you. If you are unable to attend for non-COVID related issues, we will need to charge for missed appointments. If for any reason there is concern for exposure to COVID-19 or symptoms related to COVID-19, we have waived the last minute cancellation fee, but will require proof of asymptomatic, or a negative COVID-19 test result upon rebooking.

We thank you in advance for your patronage and adherence to these changes. We look forward to connecting soon.

Please follow us on social media for up-to-date announcements and information.

COVID-19 Update - May 19, 2020

As of today, the government of Ontario allows small retail businesses like us to re-open. Though we are excited about this news we want to ensure that we keep our customers and staff safe. Therefore, we have decided to do a gradual re-opening as we monitor closely the guidelines for retailers. Here is how we are processing this week.
1 - For this week and until further notice we are allowing customers to come in by appointment-only. We hope this will ensure a stress-free shopping experience. It will also allow proper social distancing as well as allowing us to properly clean between customers.
2 - We have implemented and will continue to follow all proper health and safety guidelines.
3 - We encourage our customer to continue shopping with us via our Facebook page, our website, e-mail or by telephone
4 - We continue to do video shoe fittings and are available to guide you for a contactless purchase.
5 - We will continue to offer contactless payment options.
Unfortunately, our physiotherapy clinic is not part of this provincial re-opening phase. However, we continue to do telehealth where we can assess and guide you in your recovery.
We want to thank you and appreciate your continued support.
