Our two programs:
- An assessment by our registered physiotherapist to help you prevent injury while you follow your own training plan. The physiotherapist will help pin point faulty movement patterns, or strength and flexibility deficiencies that may cause future injury. The physiotherapist will make recommendation on what exercises to focus on and which one to eliminate or modify in order to help you reach your goals without injury.
- Personal training sessions with Janet Davidson, our Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Indoor Cycle Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer. Janet will work with you to help you reach your fitness goals.
