We offer 4-week sessions of core classes. The classes promote proper biomechanical and pattern movement in order to help you prevent injuries. You will learn how to isolate muscles properly and avoid any compensatory motion. You can then apply these new patterns to your regular daily activities.
We only take 4 clients at a time therefore you will have lots of one on one instruction and guidance.
Our classes usually run during the lunch hour. However, if you and 3 friends want to have a class on a specific day and time, call us and we will set up a class for you!
